It provides a function which registers multiple masters in the wizard format, such as new company generation.
Plaza-i maintains all tables in a single schema of an Oracle database; as referential integrity control is carried out between tables, data integrity is always maintained by Oracle.
Also, thanks to application design, all entities are built on a single data model, so there will be neither duplication nor inconsistency in the system, which is ideal.
This module maintains common tables shared by other modules, and therefore, it is assumed that a system administrator, staff in administration department, or a data administrator uses this module.

Client Registration Application Supports Workflow
This module is equipped with a workflow system to request for adding and revising client, customer, supplier, and payee master data records.
By specifying the change effective date in advance, you can request for address change prior to the actual moving date.
Via workflow, when all the approvers approve the request, the requested data will be reflected in the system promptly or when the change effective date comes. (Thus, the scheduler function is available).
It is possible to automatically email the requester when his or her request is approved.
In addition to simple automatic numbering, the client code can be automatically numbered among group companies with a sequential sub-number.Since requested data is automatically saved as change history data, you can inquire about such master change history anytime you wish.
Useful Functions
In order to maintain Bank Branch Master records, the system provides a separate menu item where you can import the latest bank codes and their branch codes via CD-ROM purchased from Japanese Bankers Associates (Zenginkyo).
For Zip Code Master maintenance, it is possible to update the master data using a file downloaded from the Japan Postal Service website.
